Return & Refund Policy

At ATSS – Active Total Security Systems, we are committed to delivering reliable and high-quality security and surveillance solutions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
  • The return request is raised within 7 days from the date of delivery
  • The product is unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging, manuals, and accessories

Products that are installed, used, physically damaged, or tampered with are not eligible for return.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or special-order products
  • Software licenses, subscriptions, or activated services
  • Products damaged due to improper installation, electrical issues, or misuse
  • Discounted or clearance items (unless damaged or defective)

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your invoice number, order details, and reason for return
  3. Our support team will review the request and share return instructions

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.


Refund Policy

  • All returned products will be inspected upon receipt
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

Note: Installation, service, and shipping charges are non-refundable.


Replacement Policy

If a product is confirmed to be defective or damaged during transit:

  • A replacement will be provided (subject to availability), or
  • A refund will be issued if replacement is not possible

Replacement processing typically takes 5–10 working days after verification.


Shipping & Return Charges

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect delivery
  • For approved defects, ATSS will arrange pickup or reimburse return shipping charges

Warranty Support

Products covered under manufacturer warranty must be serviced or replaced as per the brand’s warranty terms. ATSS will assist customers with warranty coordination wherever required.
